Guacamole 3 ripe avocados, peeled 1 ripe roma tomato, chopped Small bunch cilantro leaves, chopped 4 green onions, chopped 1 tablespoon sliced jalapenos 1 fresh lime, juice only 2 cloves garlic, minced (optional) In a bowl, mix together avocado pulp and the rest of the ingredients. Mash well with a fork and season with salt and pepper to taste. You can add a teaspoon of jalapeno brine to add a little tang. Add to a serving dish. Keep the seed in the guacamole to prevent it from turning brown.

    Vanilla Icecream Recipe

    Hello Everybody! I am uploading this video just to share with my friends and not for any commercial purpose. I got it from www.ice-cream-recipes.com Here is the recipe according to the website. Ingredients: 4 egg yolks 1/2 pint (250ml) milk 1/2 pint (250ml) double/heavy cream 4 oz (100g) sugar or caster sugar 1 vanilla pod (sliced down the middle) Pour the milk into a saucepan and bring the pan slowly up to boiling point. Place the vanilla pod into it and leave to infuse for about 20 minutes. In a bowl, beat and mix together the egg yolks and sugar until thick. Carefully remove the vanilla pod from the pan of milk and scrape out the pulp into the milk. Pour the milk into the mixture of egg yolks and sugar whilst stirring. Pour the mixture back into the pan and heat gently, stirring until the custard thickens – DO NOT BRING TO THE BOIL OR IT WILL PROBABLY CURDLE. When you can see a film form over the back of your spoon it’s time to remove the saucepan from the heat. Leave to cool. When the custard base is cold, stir in the cream. You can also use vanilla essence if you dont get the vanilla pods. by the way transfer into an icecream maker and make it. you can also use a blender as an alternative but you will have to blend one more time in the middle of freezing. all credits goes to www.ice-cream-recipes.com Thank you.     Wanna enjoy a delectable treat without all the guilt – one that’s actually so healthy you could eat it for breakfast!? Then come join me and I’ll show you how to prepare a yummy, healthy, “raw food” version of coconut ice cream! TOOLS: – Food Processor (can substitute with a blender capable of grinding nuts OR coffee grinder) – Freezer (or ice cream maker if you have one) AJA’S COCONUT ICE CREAM RECIPE: (yields 2 servings, approx. 400 calories/serving) * Most of the following ingredients can be purchased at your local health food store :-) – 1/2 Cup Water (filtered if possible) – 1/4 Cup Raw Cashews + 1/4 Cup Raw Macadamia Nuts OR 1/2 Cup Raw Cashews – 1/8 Cup Raw, Flaked Coconut – 1/8 – 1/4 Cup Coconut Oil OR 1.5 Tbs Coconut Butter – 3 Tbs. Coconut Sugar + Agave Nectar to taste (OR any sweetener of your choice to taste) – Pinch of Sea Salt – Dash of Lime Juice – 1 Tsp.
